The Wood House

Every year Ben and I go up to South Carolina with his family! The guys hunt and the girls lounge around!and go shopping!.... (Ben's mom Sherryl will hunt sometimes too though). It is always so fun to go up there and just relax! They call it the "wood house". It is in a small town right outside of Walterbero called Lodge! It has one red light and one store where you can get hardware, candy,flavorings for cakes, it also has a small kitchen in the back that cooks the best burgers you have ever had! While we were up there Mr Jim killed an 8 point deer! and Morgan went bowling for the first time!

"GAL PAL"

My friends and I used to never think anything about just going to the beach and hanging out during the summer! We were always over at each others houses! doing what ever we wanted! We used to call them "GAL PALS" (I dont know why) and they never had to be planned in advance!! Ohh how times have changed!! We have to plan months in advance it seems like to just go to dinner! We are all just so busy!! Now that all of us are either in school or have jobs! or both! We decided to have us a little girls weekend! We stayed in Fernandina Beach at the Hampton Inn and Emily's dad was renting a beach house down the road so we used his beach access and pool! (thanks Mr Bubba). We also ate dinner at The Surf! and had tons of fun! There is never a dull moment with these girls! here are a couple pics of our weekend! Evidently this purple shirt of mine must be a fav! I wear it all the time!..I also put an old pic in here of one of our girls nights that was in Fernandina also! I think this one was from Jenn's 18th birthday! :)
